Description
Virta Health is on a mission to transform type 2 diabetes and weight-loss care. Your mission as Sr. Program Manager, Care Operations, will be to lead strategic initiatives that drive transformational value and impact for our care team and members. This cross-functional role involves close collaboration with internal teams such as Coaching, Product/Design, and AI/Analytics, to ensure projects deliver measurable impact against key business goals.
Requirements
5+ years of program or project management experience in healthcare or related industry, preferably in a high growth or startup environment. Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects from conception to completion. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams and senior stakeholders. Understanding and experience of healthcare operations and systems is highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH) is a plus.
