Requirements
• 15+ years of professional experience along with Proven leadership (7+ years) in analytics and data science within high-growth startups (200 to 2,000 employees), with a background in health tech. • Expertise in data analysis, machine learning, statistical modeling, SQL, relational databases, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau), AI based solutions. Strong project management in agile methodologies. • Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational skills, and a deep commitment to Virta’s mission.
