Description

• As a Customer Success Manager for the NorthAm market, you will manage customer success. • You will proactively engage with the customer base to improve their experience. • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product and engage customers effectively. • Ensure Enterprise customers meet their business goals. • Collect and manage customer feedback to drive improvement.

Requirements

• Prior work experience as a Customer Success Manager, +1 year experience; • Fluent language skills in English, any additional languages are a bonus; • Experience in a SaaS environment, ideally in the fitness branch; • You are a true problem solver with great emphatic skills, who can easily build a trustful relation with our customers; • Affinity with health, fitness, or software is a big plus; • Easy to work with and a get things done mentality.
