Description

• Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs), building trust and acting as a technical advisor. • Pre-Sales Support: Partner with Account Executives to deliver product demonstrations and respond to RFPs. • Technical Strategy Development: Define long-term strategies for customer engagements. • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and internal teams. • Architecture Design and Review: Develop and review technical architectures. • Technical Risk Management: Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align feedback with product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting DoD, IC, Federal agencies, or SLED customers. • Proven technical proficiency in data science, data engineering, AI/ML solutions, cloud platforms, and or systems integration. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical solutions. • DoD clearance required for DoD roles; not required for FEDCIV/SLED roles
