• Manage and support key national accounts for our Bushnell & Primos brands • Oversee an agency of representatives who handle day-to-day operations • Implement and execute sales strategies by finding innovative approaches to achieve budgeted goals • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights • Build and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and support • Conduct regular meetings and reviews with key accounts and sales representatives • Track and report on account performance by monitoring sales metrics • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management • Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with customers
• Bachelor’s Degree Required • 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar role, with a focus on national accounts • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics • Solid analytical and organizational skills • Effective communication and time management abilities • Proficiency in using data for informed decision-making • Ability to collaborate across various levels of the organization • Good problem-solving skills and strategic thinking • Willingness to travel up to 40% annually
