Description

• Manage sales and account relationships for select Core Clients. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing client engagement. • Sell SAP ByDesign/SAP Business One to S/4HANA Cloud packages. • Take ownership of the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. • Conduct needs assessments and solution presentations for prospects. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized client proposals and solutions. • Track and analyze sales pipeline metrics and provide regular reports on sales activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Management, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or other related disciplines. • A minimum of six (6) to eight (8) years of experience in sales within the ERP industry. • Experienced and exposed to SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. • Familiar with SAP modules, functionalities, and integration capabilities. • Understands how SAP ERP solutions can address business needs and drive operational efficiencies. • Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. • Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with existing clients and internal stakeholders. • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Must have a good understanding of our company's sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. • Adapts and follows established sales processes to navigate and close deals effectively. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align sales activities with overall business objectives. • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and proactively identifies key qualifying factors in the sales process. • Exhibits good persuasion and negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure commitments. • Meticulous and pays attention to detail in all aspects of work, including documentation, contracts, and customer requirements. • Conducts thorough research and analysis to gather relevant information for decision-making. • Demonstrates innovative and out-of-the-box thinking to approach sales challenges and generate unique solutions. • Identify creative opportunities to position products or services in the market and differentiate them from competitors. • Analyzes complex situations, identifies underlying issues, and develops effective solutions. • Applies critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and achieve sales objectives. • Demonstrates resilience and adaptability when faced with unexpected challenges or setbacks. • Has strong communication skills – can make complex topics easy to understand: Communicates concisely, and effectively, tailoring the message to the audience's level of understanding. • Able to simplify complex technical concepts or product features to ensure customer comprehension. • Actively listens and asks relevant questions to gather information and ensure effective communication.
