Description
• Vistrada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to serve as IT Support Specialist. • The ideal candidate must have experience in providing hands-on support to clients for implementing cybersecurity controls, troubleshooting systems, and ensuring technical readiness and related projects for clients.
Requirements
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals. • Hands-on experience with IT systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS environments. • Strong understanding of network configurations, firewalls, and endpoint security. • Familiarity with security information and event management (SIEM) tools. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues quickly while ensuring compliance with CMMC controls. • Many roles will require certifications such as CMMC Professional/Assessor, CISSP, CISA, or Security+. • Depending on client needs, certain positions may require U.S. government security clearances.
