Description

β€’ Vistrada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to serve as IT Support Specialist. β€’ The ideal candidate must have experience in providing hands-on support to clients for implementing cybersecurity controls, troubleshooting systems, and ensuring technical readiness and related projects for clients.

Requirements

β€’ Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals. β€’ Hands-on experience with IT systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS environments. β€’ Strong understanding of network configurations, firewalls, and endpoint security. β€’ Familiarity with security information and event management (SIEM) tools. β€’ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues quickly while ensuring compliance with CMMC controls. β€’ Many roles will require certifications such as CMMC Professional/Assessor, CISSP, CISA, or Security+. β€’ Depending on client needs, certain positions may require U.S. government security clearances.
