β’ As an IT Support Specialist, you will be a crucial member of our IT department, providing technical support and assistance to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations. β’ You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, conducting system maintenance, managing IT equipment, and assisting users with IT issues. β’ The ideal candidate is someone experienced with IT help desk or system administration with excellent communications, and a strong desire to learn. β’ You'll report to Tom Hastings, our Director of Infrastructure.
β’ Minimum of 1 year of IT work experience in a help desk or IT support role in startup environment. β’ Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and commonly used software. β’ Excellent communication skills. β’ US Citizenship β’ Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. β’ Nice to haves: β’ 2 years of IT work experience in a help desk or IT support role. β’ Experience in a system administration role. β’ Degree in computer science or an IT certification from a recognized organization such as CompTIA A+. β’ Experience with macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, Slack, and other SaaS tools. β’ U.S. citizenship required
