Description

β€’ As an IT Support Specialist, you will be a crucial member of our IT department, providing technical support and assistance to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations. β€’ You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, conducting system maintenance, managing IT equipment, and assisting users with IT issues. β€’ The ideal candidate is someone experienced with IT help desk or system administration with excellent communications, and a strong desire to learn. β€’ You'll report to Tom Hastings, our Director of Infrastructure.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 1 year of IT work experience in a help desk or IT support role in startup environment. β€’ Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and commonly used software. β€’ Excellent communication skills. β€’ US Citizenship β€’ Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. β€’ Nice to haves: β€’ 2 years of IT work experience in a help desk or IT support role. β€’ Experience in a system administration role. β€’ Degree in computer science or an IT certification from a recognized organization such as CompTIA A+. β€’ Experience with macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, Slack, and other SaaS tools. β€’ U.S. citizenship required
