β€’ The Audit Team Operations Lead is responsible for providing exceptional client and customer service while serving as a knowledge expert for the Audit Processing staff. β€’ Involves frontline people management, training, and ensuring that all processes adhere to established guidelines. β€’ Supports the Operations Manager in all regions across Vital Chart, ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining productivity, and fostering a positive work environment. β€’ Assisting leadership with departmental or regional projects and participating in the new hire process, client meetings, and staff development.

Requirements

β€’ 1-2 years of experience in Health Information Management or Release of Information (ROI). β€’ Strong understanding of HIPAA standards and the ability to handle sensitive medical records in compliance with regulations. β€’ Demonstrated leadership philosophy focused on servant leadership and team support. β€’ Experience in remote team management, with the ability to maintain team morale and productivity in a virtual environment. β€’ Skilled in presenting to leadership, clients, and team members, both via video conferencing and in person. β€’ Detail-oriented and committed to delivering accurate, compliant medical record information. β€’ Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with various Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. β€’ Experience with diverse EMR systems. β€’ Previous experience in a production/metrics-based work environment. β€’ Proven ability to build teams and foster career growth for individuals.
