β’ Process and verify invoices. β’ Generate and send customer invoices. β’ Accurately input financial data into the accounting system. β’ Reconcile bank statements. β’ Review and process employee expense reports. β’ Support month-end and year-end closing processes. β’ Assist with internal and external audits. β’ Provide documentation and support for audits. β’ Assist in basic financial analysis and reporting.
β’ Degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred. β’ 1-2 years of proven experience as a Finance Clerk or similar role. β’ Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. β’ Strong attention to detail and accuracy. β’ Excellent organizational and time-management skills. β’ Good communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. β’ Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance. β’ Fluent in English (B2/C1) required.
