• Responsible for assisting in managing VIVIO’s customers • Ensure exceptional service and support related to their program • Understand customer needs and assist in service delivery • Support account management team in day-to-day tasks • Input information into data management system, ensuring accuracy • Organize and schedule customer meetings • Complete materials for customer presentations and meetings • Proactively assist in monitoring client satisfaction • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer problems • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Service-oriented and willingness to learn.

Requirements

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience within a related industry • Enthusiasm and zest for learning • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and evolving team environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with teammates and customers • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Occasional travel required.
