• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. • Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. • Empathetic and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help others. • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
