• A relationship-driven professional with 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success, ideally in SaaS, retail tech, or footwear. • A strong communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels, from store staff to C-suite. • Someone who loves both strategy and execution – you can spot big-picture opportunities while also rolling up your sleeves to make things happen. • Passionate about technology and retail, with a curiosity to learn and innovate. • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. • Based in Indonesia and comfortable with frequent regional travel, plus occasional trips to our Stockholm HQ to collaborate with Swedish colleagues and engage in global projects across time zones.
