• 8+ years of experience in product enablement, analyst relations, or related roles, preferably within the SaaS, contact center, or customer experience space. • Proven experience managing relationships with analysts, industry influencers, and customers in a technology-driven business. • Deep understanding of product management, go-to-market strategy, and customer experience best practices in a SaaS or cloud-based environment. • Experience in engaging with internal stakeholders to deliver training and product enablement content for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to synthesize customer feedback, market data, and analyst insights into actionable product recommendations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision, features, and benefits to diverse audiences. • Strong presentation skills, with experience delivering demos and briefings to internal teams, customers, and analysts. • Ability to build and maintain relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders. • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
