Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Business or finance major preferred. • At least three years of relevant experience. Highly desirable experience includes: Working in strategy consulting, venture capital, private equity, or investment banking. • Conducting extensive primary research in a professional environment. • Healthcare industry experience preferred. • Excellent academic and professional record, with demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and thrive in a highly independent work environment. • Proven ability to synthesize extensive research findings into relevant insights and quickly become a terrain expert. • Demonstrated problem solving abilities, including experience conducting root-cause analysis. • Familiarity with corporate finance metrics and benchmarks; experience applying analyses to business pro-formas. • Proven service orientation with attention to detail and follow-up. • Comfort with ambiguity.
