• Vontive is a venture-backed Fintech company specializing in email marketing to drive growth and lead generation • Design, implement, and optimize a results-driven email marketing program for real estate investors and mortgage brokers • Develop and execute email campaigns aimed at attracting real estate investors, brokers, and other stakeholders • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support lead generation and improve lead-to-close rates • Monitor and analyze email marketing performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, ideally within the fintech, mortgage, or lending industries • Proven experience in developing and executing successful email marketing programs that drive lead generation and conversions • Expertise in platforms such as SendGrid and CRM systems • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, focusing on email marketing, segmentation, automation, and performance tracking • Outstanding written communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to assess and optimize campaign performance • Excellent project management skills
