• Ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of the Benefitfocus Platform. • Provide product and implementation expertise while working with HR and Benefits representatives. • Configure the application and test the Benefitfocus solution to meet customer needs. • Handle multiple projects using several different applications. • Communicate with operational teams, HR teams, engineering and executive level partners.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years related experience • Basic understanding of project implementation methodology and techniques • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PP, etc.) • Ability to learn proprietary technology quickly through instruction, team collaboration and self-directed learning. • Strong planning, scheduling, and organization skills • Strong communication skills required.
