Description

• The Managed Account Consultant will be responsible for managed account customers at all asset levels. • This role is responsible for retention and development of the Managed Account Retail IRA and service offering. • Representatives will manage, retain and grow the ongoing client relationship through regular outreach. • Deliver an annual portfolio review to all clients within assigned book of business. • Quarterback the delivery of the Voya value proposition by directing outbound and service delivery activity. • Model industry leading sales best practices and be compliant with fiduciary standards.

Requirements

• Financial services or related experience. • Licensure will include Series 7, 65/66. • Identified representative will show strong sales and customer relationship experience. • Full understanding of retirement and retirement income planning. • Full adherence to FINRA/DOL fiduciary standards. • Willingness to share best practices and strong work ethic. • Maintains and applies expertise in insurance, securities, investments and related areas. • Full knowledge and understanding of Voya’s retirement and other investment product offerings. • Full knowledge of all Advisory products and Financial Engines and Morningstar systems/methodology. • Limited travel may be required 5%-10%.
