📋 Description

• Provides service and administrative support to largest/most complex defined contribution plan clients. • Trains, coaches and mentors lower level recordkeepers. • Answering calls from employers. • Documenting questions received. • Researching questions and responding. • Routing work as needed to different teams for processing and or review. • Submitting tasks for corrections. • Interacting with Money In Payroll team to handle communications for reporting related to payroll processing and other money in activity. • Interacting with the client as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years defined contribution client service experience • OMNI 7.4 platform systems experience • Experience with creating & updating Excel spreadsheets • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to handle multiple priorities
