• Be the primary point of contact for clients. • Guide clients through onboarding to product delivery. • Ensure a seamless client experience by understanding needs. • Collaborate with internal teams to align client expectations. • Impact client satisfaction, retention, and business growth. • Partner with the Leadership team on client-facing strategies. • Work with the Engineering team to meet client specs.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or project management. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven track record in managing client accounts. • Experience with CRM software and business management tools. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflict. • Ability to multitask and work under pressure. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in perception/sensing technology. • Startup experience. • Familiarity with project management software. • Knowledge of customer success strategies and best practices. • Proficiency in data analysis to drive client satisfaction improvements. • Previous leadership experience.
