• Generate and pre-qualify leads. • Explore new clients through cold calls, emails, prospecting tools (sales navigator, snovio, findthatlead, hunter and rockereach). • Present our company to potential clients. • Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products / services. • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction. • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients. • Proactively search for new business opportunities in the market. • Set up meetings or calls between (potential) clients and account executives. • Inform the Business Development Manager about the results of goals (weekly / monthly / quarterly).
• Proven work experience as a business development representative, sales account executive, or similar positions. • Excellent English skills – both written & verbal. • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calling). • History of achievement of goals. • Experience with CRM software. • Familiarity with MS Excel (analysis of spreadsheets and graphs). • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or relevant field. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to make attractive presentations.
