Description

• Director of Advisor Management to drive integration of advisor engagement, satisfaction, and business success. • Develop and implement monetization strategy for advisors. • Foster a positive environment and monitor advisor activities for compliance. • Analyze supply and demand to ensure optimal platform performance. • Conduct in-depth analysis of advisor metrics to inform strategic decisions. • Drive advisor performance through education and coaching programs.

Requirements

• 7 or more years’ proven experience in a leadership role, with direct management of advisor or client teams • Significant experience in advisor management, client services, or a similar role, preferably within a platform or marketplace environment • Deep experience overseeing product features and enhancements, particularly those relevant to advisor or client platforms • Strong ability to develop and implement strategic and operational objectives • Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team • Collaborative and cross-functional mindset, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field • An MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly desirable
