Description

• Provide high level, confidential administrative support in the Human Resources department. • Conduct research, analyze data and make recommendations as requested. • Prepare and manage online job postings. • Maintain and recommend improvements to VSP Careers sites. • Use online applicant tracking systems to manage job postings and candidate activities. • Serve as liaison with vendor contacts to research and resolve issues. • Manage new hire activities, including proactive communication to hiring managers.

Requirements

• Two to four years of experience providing high level administrative service and/or has supported projects. • Knowledge of Human Resources general practices and principles. • Proficient with spreadsheet, word processing and presentation applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with some experience giving presentations. • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multi-tasked workload. • Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications including, but not limited to HRIS.
