Description

β€’ Configure and optimize Salesforce systems to support revenue operations β€’ Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules β€’ Implement data integration solutions and maintain data quality standards β€’ Design and deploy lead scoring and opportunity tracking systems β€’ Build comprehensive reporting dashboards for revenue insights β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes β€’ Develop and document best practices for Salesforce usage β€’ Provide training and support to end-users β€’ Monitor system performance and implement improvements β€’ Lead system updates and enhancement projects

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field β€’ 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience β€’ Salesforce Administrator certification preferred β€’ Strong understanding of RevOps processes and CRM best practices β€’ Experience with reporting tools and process automation β€’ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills β€’ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
