• Sales Development – Identify and target potential customers in the commercial and industrial sectors, both nationally and internationally. • Direct selling and field representation to meet the needs of your designated sales region. • Technical Support – Provide in-depth knowledge and technical guidance to customers helping them select the right cooling solutions based on their requirements. • Product Presentations – Conduct product and or brand presentations to prospective customers, explaining the benefits of using the Mesabi brand. • Client Relationships – Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers providing excellent after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. • Quote Preparations – Prepare technical proposals and cost estimates based on customer specifications. • Market Research – Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to the management team. • Collaboration – Work closely with the customer service, logistics and the engineering team to ensure orders are fulfilled on time. • Collate and share technical information with the engineering design team. • Sales Reporting – Track sales activities, forecasts and pipeline status, reporting to management on progress and opportunities. • Prepare reports as required by the Sales Manager. • Budgeting – Assist in sales budget preparation for assigned sales regions.
• Previous experience in technical sales, preferably in the industrial radiator industry • Strong understanding of radiator and heat exchange products and applications • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical customers • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets • Ability to travel domestically and internationally with no travel restrictions to service customers and attend industry events • Commitment to Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements
