Description

• We are seeking a dedicated Help-desk Support Technician to join our team. • The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and network related Issues. • This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-service mindset, and a passion for technology.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience of 2-3 years). • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, MFA solutions, Network fundamentals, VPN applications, Email Security, Office 365, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Customer-oriented with a friendly, professional demeanor. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Knowledge of Auto Industry DMS applications, and Auto Dealership IT experience is a plus!
