β€’ track record of sales excellence, especially with enterprise customers (5,000+ employees) at an executive level β€’ 2-3+ years of demonstrated success selling 100k-500K deals β€’ excited to lead from zero to one β€’ excellent consultative seller β€’ love going deep on new domains β€’ track record of doing whatever it takes to get things done β€’ want to join a startup
