• Managing a pipeline of active deals from qualification to close • Conduct a consultative sales process, identifying the primary needs of leads through techniques such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, among others. • Conducting demos and follow ups • Managing Inbound leads of the region. • Work closely with the Marketing team to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generated. • Provide ongoing feedback to the sales and marketing department for continuous process optimization. • Use and maintain Hubspot for data quality. • Research potential clients to prospect. • Achieve defined KPI goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese are required and fluency in Spanish would be an advantage • Strong organization and follow-up skills with attention to details • Experience with consultative solution-selling methodology • Experience connecting and selling to senior executives within medium and large organizations • Track record of high performance and extremely satisfied customers • Experience working with a SaaS/Startup environment preferred
