• We are seeking dynamic, results-driven Regional Sales Managers to oversee and support our team of independent sales representatives in the Eastern and Western regions of the U.S. • These are remote positions requiring significant travel to develop strong relationships, coach sales reps, and ensure consistent implementation of the Wausau Tile sales process. • The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a passion for building and maintaining client and team relationships while driving alignment with company sales goals. • Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 15-20 independent sales reps to achieve and exceed sales objectives. • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth and meet company goals. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, architects, designers, and specifiers. • Market Analysis & Expansion: Analyze regional market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the architectural, construction, or building materials industries. • Strong leadership skills with a history of managing and coaching sales teams. • Demonstrated ability to train and reinforce sales processes while driving results. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements. • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. • Availability for frequent travel within the region (up to 75% of the time).
