Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in automotive software development, with a focus on autonomous driving systems or advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) • Strong understanding of automotive electronics, communication protocols (e.g., CAN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet), and E/E architectures • Understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, particularly in the context of autonomous driving • Familiarity with automotive standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 26262, AUTOSAR, MISRA) • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills • Experience with agile development methodologies • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field • Experience working as a Tier 1 supplier in the automotive industry • Knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, and transformer architectures • Familiarity with end-to-end approaches in autonomous driving • Experience with automotive OEM integration projects
