Description

• Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and identify suitable solutions from our portfolio. • Conduct deep level discovery workshops to gather customer requirements, outcomes and support a value led sales process. • Deliver highly engaging, tailored demonstrations and presentations, centered on customer value and outcomes, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of EcoOnline’s solutions. • Assist the bid team in responding to PQQs, RFPs and RFIs with relevant solution information. • Work closely with the sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, effective deal closures, pipeline generation and solution insights. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions. • Design, creation and refinement of video content used in our demo automation platform.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant role, ideally within the EHS, compliance, or enterprise software space. • In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations, compliance standards, and how software can streamline these processes for businesses. • Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and client success. • Strong and demonstrable track record of success in achieving defined revenue targets • Comfortable and experienced in dealing with senior or C-suite stakeholders • Ability to travel where relevant (visiting potential clients, internal/external events etc.)
