Description

• Oversee all aspects of sales operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop territory plans and booking targets. • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and generate performance reports. • Establish and monitor KPIs for the sales team, providing coaching and support. • Design, implement, and manage commission plans to incentivize performance. • Foster collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments. • Administer sales technology tools and manage Salesforce CRM data. • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales operations function. • Set and meet budgetary targets; oversee annual planning. • Support head of sales with ad hoc projects according to company needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. • 8-10 years of experience in sales operations in a similar Enterprise Software company, wealth/tech experience preferred, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and operational excellence. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a focus on results. • Demonstrated proficiency in sales process optimization, sales forecasting, and performance management. • Experience with Salesforce and other sales technology tools. • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively, anticipate future trends, and develop innovative solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and highly matrixed environment, managing multiple priorities and driving initiatives to successful completion.
