🎯 Requirements
• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales leadership, with a significant track record of success in selling into large wirehouses or financial services firms. • Demonstrated expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and driving strategic initiatives within the wealth management or financial services industry. • In-depth understanding of wirehouse operations, estate planning solutions, and the broader financial services landscape. • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills, with proven experience in managing high-stakes negotiations and influencing executive stakeholders. • An entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a results-driven approach and the agility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is highly preferred.
