Empower a top-tier team. • As VP of Media Strategy, you’ll oversee a high-performing team and ensure cutting-edge, results-driven strategies. • Partner closely with clients to align media strategy with business objectives, shaping integrated marketing plans across paid media, audience targeting, creative strategy, and measurement. • Blend bold leadership, hands-on strategy, and boardroom presence with a collaborative approach to problem-solving. • Mentor and develop talent while pushing the boundaries of innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working in paid media advertising comprising media activation, multi-channel experience preferred (search, social, programmatic) • Minimum of 4+ years of prior staff management, development and mentoring experience • Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams (10+ is preferred) in a highly collaborative environment to develop and execute strategies, plans, and programs for clients in a variety of industries. • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans, and campaigns that drive high ROI • Experience in team-wide operations to help streamline/set the team up for success. • A track record of participating in successful new business pitches • Extensive experience developing, optimizing, analyzing and reporting on paid campaigns across brand and performance objectives • Experience leading cross-channel client engagements with minimal oversight • Experience working closely with a given client’s additional agency partners on integrated strategy, planning, and measurement • Experience working with analytics teams on granular program tracking and performance dashboard creation • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and respond to situations quickly • Effective time management and project management skills • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
