📋 Description
• We're looking for a Business Analyst who is equal parts data explorer, strategic thinker, and growth partner. • You'll be responsible for turning complex datasets into actionable insights that guide our marketing and incentive strategies. • Your work will directly impact how we structure promotions, optimize campaigns, and ultimately grow our client base. • Over time, you'll fully own the end-to-end reporting for key Growth campaigns — from discovery to post-launch analysis.
🎯 Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in growth/performance marketing analytics or a closely related role • Proficient in SQL (intermediate to advanced level), with experience using tools like Preset (Apache Superset), DataGrip, or similar BI platforms • Comfortable working with large datasets and deriving insights (not structuring data pipelines) • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, campaign analysis, and performance reporting • Strong business storytelling and communication skills — able to present insights to non-technical audiences • Ability to work independently on ambiguous problems and represent data insights across cross-functional teams
