Description

• Reporting to the President, the Controller works across multiple entities • Oversees all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting • Ensures accurate financial record-keeping, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting • Coordinates annual audits and ensures compliance with regulations • Manages cash flow and financial risks; evaluates liquidity • Supervises, trains, and mentors finance and accounting staff • Provides strategic financial support to executive management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field • 8-10 years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role • Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis • Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate the team; promotes teamwork and accountability • Strong attention to details and accuracy in financial reporting and compliance • Ability to anticipate challenges and initiate solutions before issues arise • Demonstrates integrity, ensuring transparency and fairness in all financial practices
