You'll be working alongside our go-to-market teams to grow, retain and take care of well known brands, such as Asos, Gymshark, Lego and many more! • Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and helping businesses unlock the full value of their products? As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our clients, ensuring they achieve their strategic goals, and identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience working with diverse product offerings. • A proven ability to identify expansion opportunities, generate leads, and drive upsells. • A track record of meeting targets and contributing to team OKRs. • Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently express ideas and build relationships. • Experience managing a portfolio of clients with a focus on growth and retention. • A data-driven mindset, using insights to make informed decisions and guide strategies.
