We are intentional about our impact, from how we give back to communities to the women who make our bras. • Where you come in. • Pepper is looking for a highly analytical, dedicated and results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to scale effective new customer acquisition on our most significant paid social media channels, including Meta, TikTok.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in managing paid social at an DTC e-commerce company, including 6-7 figure monthly budgets • Proven track record of driving measurable, effective results with extensive hands on experience on paid social channels like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest • Quantitative ability and demonstrates an advanced understanding of media measurement methodologies and incrementality • Utilizes a curious, data-informed, customer-centric lens to develop hypotheses and tests • Demonstrates leadership with ability to manage others, motivate a team and influence cross-functionally. • Comfortable navigating a dynamic fast-growing business, with an innate ability to prioritize projects and adapt plans and direction as the business needs • Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to interpret data, make insight-driven decisions and clearly articulate thought process • Creative thinker with proactive and collaborative problem-solving abilities • Highly adaptable, a continuous learner, and able to stay resilient in a fast-paced startup environment • Strong organizational, project management skills
