β€’ Responsible for acquiring pan-European operating accounts β€’ Work from Germany to expand sales on German headquartered accounts β€’ Contribute to meeting Sales goals and EU revenue growth targets for the assigned account set β€’ Establish initiatives and processes to maximize assigned account potential β€’ Define Europe-wide Account plans for assigned accounts β€’ Achieve growth revenue and sales target by managing a set of Global and regional accounts β€’ Win and expand contracts with assigned prospects and customers β€’ Design and implement a strategy to win and grow these accounts β€’ Facilitate regional sales to plan, win and grow business for the assigned accounts β€’ Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, preferably at director level and above β€’ Keeping update market knowledge for the current regions and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status β€’ Ensure correct follow-up and communication of the global account plan

Requirements

β€’ Successful earlier experience as a sales rep, consistently meeting or exceeding targets β€’ Worked with Enterprise accounts in a multi country multi-level environment β€’ Company owning large fleets examples, DHL, Falck, G4S , Ecolab etc β€’ Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural and country environment β€’ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close β€’ Ability to affect and influence stakeholders β€’ Analytic and strategic skills, sense of priority, long term planning β€’ Committed to continuous education through workshops and trainings β€’ Experience within the telematics industry or fleet management β€’ Resilient, independent, and self-reliant: work autonomously with little supervision β€’ Excellent communication skills: public speaking, verbal and written in German and English β€’ Soft skills / Competencies- Results-oriented, Team player, Positive attitude, Strategical thinking, Vision planning, Innovating skills
