Description

• Identify new customers through both inbound and outbound prospecting. • Prospect into CXOs, controllers, accountants, and small business owners through inbound and outbound channels. • Conduct discovery and product demonstrations to prospective clients showcasing the value and benefits of Webgility. • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closures. • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers. • Work with internal and external stakeholders to get customers ready to implement Webgility software. • Track and manage pipeline, forecast, sales activities, and performance metrics within CRM. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide insights and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience working with B2B SaaS sales, preferably with small to mid-size e-commerce businesses. • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and sales strategies. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, technical, and organizational skills. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. • Proficiency in using CRM software tools like Hubspot/Salesforce. • Strong technical skills to learn and demonstrate software products. • 1+ years of experience working with International clients (US customers a plus) • Work during US hours
