• We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to businesses of all sizes. • We are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant with expertise/background in event planning, general sales and operations coordination to join our client's team. • In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including: • Sales and Business Development: Lead Generation, Sales Strategy, Market Research. • Relationship Management: Client Relations, Client Negotiations, Account Management. • Event Coordination: Collaboration with Operations, Event Planning. • Revenue Management: Pricing Strategy, Negotiation of Contracts, Budget Management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event planning. • Previous experience negotiating group hotel contracts is a must. • Previous experience packaging for a tourism company is a plus. • Proven experience with sales. • Previous experience with event planning in group travel is a plus. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. • Availability to start immediately. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in virtual communication tools and office software. • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
