β’ At Weights & Biases, our mission is to build the best tools for AI developers. β’ We founded our company on the insight that while there were excellent tools for developers to build better code, there were no similarly great tools to help ML practitioners build better models. β’ This role is location specific to San Francisco. β’ An Account Executive at Weights & Biases is a quota carrying, enterprise software sales position responsible for meeting and exceeding goals through generating and closing new opportunities while increasing awareness of Weights & Biases in the marketplace. β’ We are looking for motivated, focused, and coachable sales professionals with experience across the full spectrum of the software sales cycle.
β’ Located in San Francisco is required β’ Experience selling to developers is required β’ 4+ years of progressive SaaS software sales experience to companies - 1-2 years as an SDR, 1 year selling Commercial/Mid-Market, 1 year selling Enterprise β’ Track record of success in closing business β’ Excellent negotiation, analytical, financial and organizational capabilities. Able to thrive in an evolving, entrepreneurial structure and environment β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills β’ Ability to work at both a tactical and strategic level β’ Must possess a can-do, self-starter mentality in a highly collaborative atmosphere
