• Develop and Execute Recruiting Strategies • Lead the recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need • Utilize Workday’s recruitment tools • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit • Post openings in online venues, newspaper classifieds, and professional organizations • Use social and professional networking sites to identify candidates • Communicate with managers and associates regularly to establish rapport • Attend career fairs for recruiting • schedule, plan, and implement new hire onboarding and orientation • Complete the new hire modules on the Learning Management System (LMS) • Schedule onboarding modules that are to be completed after orientation • Schedule, plan and implement training plans for all newly hired associates • Perform other special projects as assigned
