Description

• Lead, manage, and inspire the Brand Ambassador team to achieve and surpass sales targets. • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies. • Design and implement comprehensive training programs. • Maintain internal documentation for new hires and Brand Ambassadors. • Train Brand Ambassadors on value proposition communication. • Ensure Brand Ambassadors maintain brand integrity. • Oversee management and growth of customer relationships. • Continuously monitor team performance with feedback and coaching. • Track sales metrics and market trends using data-driven insights. • Support planning and execution of events and product launches. • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and internal departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. • At least 3 years of experience in sales management. • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Passion for brand representation and customer-focused mindset. • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools.
