• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AI Data crowd talent specialists/managers. • Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members. • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for enterprise-level positions. • Collaborate with senior management and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with Welocalize objectives. • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth and market trends. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure a strong fit with the company culture and role requirements. • Facilitate a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Partner with leaders, stakeholders, and HR business partners to define role requirements and expectations. • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to key stakeholders. • Advise and coach hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and selection. • Stay informed about the Localization and AI industry trends, competitive landscape, and labor market conditions. • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the Welocalize AI reputation as an employer of choice. • Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the company and attract top talent. • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics and reports. • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent working experience. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years focusing on enterprise accounts and leading teams. • Experience recruiting for AI Data projects (data annotation, data labelling, data collection, rating, data relevance etc). • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
