Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. • 5-7 years of experience in learning experience design, with a focus on digital learning solutions. • Strong familiarity with generative AI technologies and their application in learning and development. • Proven track record of managing and leading design projects from concept to implementation. • Excellent understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and user experience design. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess learning effectiveness and drive improvements based on data. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to advocate for design initiatives to varied audiences.
