Requirements

•12+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/machine learning, with significant leadership experience in an executive role. •Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale AI initiatives and engineering teams. •Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and strong coding skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++. •Deep understanding of AI technologies, data science, and best practices in model deployment and scalability. •Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams and stakeholders at all levels. •Experience with Agile methodologies and a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation. •A passion for advancing AI and machine learning technologies and a commitment to ethical practices in technology development.
