• Focus on new product introduction into manufacturing. • Provide end to end critical path management from program launch on major development programs. • Build partnerships and alignment with teams on project deliverables, issues and resolution. • Direct improvements to new product introduction practices and systems using best practices. • Develop dashboards and communication tools for project timelines and status. • Build a world-class team; recruit, develop, engage and retain talent.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field. • Minimum 10 years in operations, engineering, quality, or program management with demonstrated experience in manufacturing process development and optimization. • Minimum 2 years of experience in the nuclear or related energy industry. • Certified Six-Sigma Black Belt or Certified Manufacturing Engineer (SME CMfgE) or PMI certification. • Program Management, Problem Solving, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, Quality Systems, Digital and Automation technology. • Guide improvements and measurable results in a global manufacturing environment. • Demonstrated program management, and continuous improvement skills.
