• Company Overview: At Blackbird Health, we envision a world where every child receives the care and support they need to thrive—emotionally, socially, and developmentally. • Position Summary: The Director Performance Analytics will play a key leadership role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing performance across the organization. • Key Responsibilities: Financial & Operational Data Analysis, Process Optimization & Business Intelligence, AI-Driven Efficiency and Innovation, Project Management & Cross-Functional Execution, Competitive & Market Intelligence. • Quals: BA in relevant field (MA preferred), 3+ years experience in relevant fields, strong analytics skills, and passion for pediatric mental health.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). • 3+ years of experience in performance analytics, data science, or business intelligence, • Management consulting experience, with a strong background in strategy, process optimization, performance improvement, and financial modeling. • Strong expertise in data analytics tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker to analyze, visualize, and report on key metrics. • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement initiatives in a healthcare or clinical setting. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. • Strong understanding of healthcare metrics, including clinical quality, patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices related to healthcare data collection, analysis, and reporting. • A passion for pediatric mental health and a commitment to improving patient outcomes through data-driven strategies. • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives. • Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement models, insurance claims, or behavioral health industry trends is a plus.
