Description

β€’ Assist in the development and activation of SEM & programmatic digital media plans and campaign work for enterprise level accounts across WEX internal lines of business β€’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to understand campaign KPIs and target audiences β€’ Incorporate SEM and programmatic strategies across various channels aligned with overall marketing goals β€’ Ensure all campaigns are serving in full and troubleshoot any delivery issues β€’ Generate monthly financial reports on campaign spending β€’ Monitor campaign tests, report on results and performance metrics β€’ Analyze campaign performance data and identify areas for optimization to maximize return on investment (ROI) β€’ Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the programmatic advertising landscape β€’ Manage vendor relationships

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field β€’ Minimum 3 years of experience in media planning and buying, with a strong focus on digital channels β€’ Experience working in the financial services, or payments industry is preferred β€’ Experience with Google & Bings Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, G-Suite, DV360, The TradeDesk, GTM, Salesforce and media planning tools is a plus β€’ Experience with media billing, POs, IOs and media spend reporting is a plus β€’ Proven track record of developing and executing successful programmatic & SEM advertising campaigns β€’ In-depth knowledge of programmatic buying practices and DSPs (DV360 and/or The Trade Desk preferred) β€’ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights β€’ Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment β€’ A passion for digital marketing and a commitment to continuous learning β€’ Agency experience is preferred
